Our superintendents are OSHA certified, and our employees are provided with formal safety training, off-site, as well as on-site “Tool Box Talks” to emphasize timely safety instruction for their current job responsibilities. Additionally, as a sustaining member of Associated Builders and Contractors of Delaware, we work actively with other construction professionals to improve industry standards and promote workplace excellence.
